In 1988, Jesus Medrano joined B&A. As a systems' analyst, he has developed an extensive background and expertise in large-scale legacy and infrastructure systems. His expert knowledge and skills have been applied to the following projects:

Customs and Border Protection - Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) modernization project. ACE is a 15 year effort to modernize the United States’ cargo entry and manifest systems using client server technologies and business intelligence solutions |

 |
Customs and Border Protection Open Systems Lab and Integrated Systems Lab Project. This is a multi-year effort to support technology adoption, enterprise architecture refinement, IT research and studies. |

|
| |
His extensive knowledge of software systems, particularly Customer Information Control System (CICS) Online development, database software and server platforms (DB2) as well as IBM's database messaging and queuing system (MQseries) has been instrumental in building infrastructure systems for B&A clients.
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
Prior to joining B&A, Jesus provided systems analyst consulting to MCI Telecommunications Corporation, Maryland Higher Education Loan Corporation, US Department of Defense, and the Executive Office of the President.
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
Jesus obtained his BS degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland. He is an active member of the DB2 Users Group and CICS Mid-Atlantic Conference.
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
Jesus volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and has spent the last few years in large-scale relief efforts rebuilding schools and homes devastated by Hurricane Mitch in Central America. Through the Celtino Foundation, Jesus provides funds to local communities to build schools and scholarships for rural children in Honduras.

Mr. Hay
has been employed by B&A-DSI for the past 5 ½ years,
during which he has been the
lead for B&A-DSI's process improvement effort.
Mr. Hay is responsible for the B&A-DSI Project
Management Handbook and the B&A-DSI library
of project artifacts (which includes project
plans, requirements documents, status reports,
and configuration management documents),
as well as project and process metrics.
Mr. Hay also performs quality assurance
on B&A-DSI contracts. |
